• Wristband - Guests must be identified with colored wristbands. lt is not possible to enjoy the Al program without the wristband. According to spanish law, no person under the age of 18 is allowed to get alcohol.
• Extras - AII other services not mentioned in this AII Inclusive (Al) Program are not part of the contracted meal board, and will be charged with the official published prices.
• Credit - In order to charge your expenses durir.:tg your stay on your room bill, it is necessary to open a credit line with your credit card or with cash deposit at the reception. lf you want to use the phone in your room, you hove to open a credit first.
• Consumptions - You are only allowed to order drink a drink per person at a time. it is not allowed to order several drinks at the same time. Your have to finish your drink to order the next one.
• Guests with half board - 1 i not allowed to arder drinks far other guests of the hotel. lf you want to invite another guest who does not have AII lnclu­sive (AÍ) Program, the items have to be paid as per price list. The staff has instructions to charge the items if  this occurs.
• All inclusive service Hours: The AI service ends every day at midnight and restarts the next monday with breakfast service. On departure the service ends at 12:00 (noon)
