Contest Legal Rules
1. Scope and duration
H10 Hotels is holding a photo and video contest through the Easypromos platform (official contest website), accessible via the link enabled on the contest landing page within the official H10 Hotels website: https://www.h10hotels.com/es/concurso-verano and its social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, with the aim of promoting its social media, establishing a direct communication channel with its clients, and rewarding users who have already visited one of our establishments.
The contest will begin on July 7, 2026, and end on September 30, 2026. Entries must be submitted between July 7, 2026, and September 30, 2026 (inclusive).
2. Conditions for participation
All individuals over 18 years of age who strictly comply with the access requirements, the content guidelines detailed below, and the terms of use of the contest's provider platform may participate in the contest, with the exception of H10 Hotels employees, their representatives, and their family members.
Easypromos General Conditions may apply, so we recommend visiting their website (www.easypromos.com).
2.1. Registration requirements
- Registration and Submission: It is essential to complete the registration form on the official contest website https://a.cstmapp.com/p/1016192 and upload the photo or video directly through that platform.
- Social Media Follow: The participant must follow at least one of H10 Hotels' official corporate social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok) and leave a comment on the official contest post on Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok mentioning the person with whom they would like to enjoy the prize.
- Location and Validity: The content must have been captured within the premises of any H10 Hotels establishment during the contest period (from July 7 to September 30, 2026).
- Participation Limit: Only one entry per registered user will be allowed. The platform will technically limit submissions to one photo or video per account.
2.2. Theme and content criteria
The theme of the photo or video must revolve around the concept “Summer memories with H10 Hotels”, where the participant showcases the best moments of their summer at our hotels.
- Originality and Authorship: The material must be the exclusive property of the participant, 100% original, and not have been previously published or awarded in other contests. Submitting the piece implies automatic assumption of its authorship; otherwise, the participant will be disqualified.
- Exclusion of Artificial Intelligence (AI): Images or videos generated, edited, or substantially modified using generative artificial intelligence tools will not be accepted, thus prioritizing the authenticity of lived experiences.
- Third-party rights: Images that do not belong to the participant or that lack the explicit consent and image rights of the people appearing in them are expressly excluded.
- Moderation: The jury reserves the right to delete and disqualify, without prior notice, content with a derogatory, offensive, or inappropriate tone, as well as content that does not respect the contest's theme.
2.3. Disclaimer and assignment of rights
H10 Hotels disclaims any legal responsibility arising from the improper or unauthorized use of images and videos submitted by participants.
Participation in the contest implies:
- Full and unreserved acceptance of these rules, available at https://a.cstmapp.com/p/1016192
- Full acceptance of H10 Hotels' Privacy Policy, as well as, where applicable, Easypromos' Privacy Policy and legal terms.
- The free assignment to H10 Hotels of all exploitation and intellectual property rights (reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation) of the submitted works, as well as the image rights of the people appearing in them, on a non-exclusive basis but with commercial use faculty. H10 Hotels reserves the right to use, reproduce, disseminate, and publish this material in any advertising, commercial, or communicative medium of the brand.
3. Contest mechanics
The prizes will be awarded after a popular voting phase and a jury selection phase. The 10 most voted photos and 10 most voted videos via the official contest page will go directly to the final. Subsequently, a jury composed of individuals from different departments of the H10 Hotels group will choose the definitive winners from among the finalists.
Creativity, originality, and technique used will be valued, in addition to the quality and value contributed to the submitted photographic and/or audiovisual piece.
The decision regarding the winners will be published on social media starting October 13, 2026. By accepting these legal terms, the participant expressly accepts and consents that, if they are a winner, their full name will be published on the profile of H10 Hotels' official social media accounts.
Furthermore, H10 Hotels will contact the winner via the email address provided in the participation form.
4. Contest prizes
2 prizes will be awarded for photography and 2 prizes for video:
1st photography prize:
Five nights for two people in a holiday hotel with bed and breakfast in one of the destinations chosen by the winner: Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, Gran Canaria, Mallorca, Costa del Sol, Costa Daurada, Riviera Maya or Punta Cana.
2nd photography prize:
Two nights for two people in a city hotel with bed and breakfast in one of the following destinations: Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Cordoba, Malaga, Tarragona, Rome, London, Berlin or Lisbon.
1st video prize:
Five nights for two people in a holiday hotel with bed and breakfast in one of the destinations chosen by the winner: Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, Gran Canaria, Mallorca, Costa del Sol, Costa Daurada, Riviera Maya or Punta Cana.
2nd video prize:
Two nights for two people in a city hotel with bed and breakfast in one of the following destinations: Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Cordoba, Malaga, Tarragona, Rome, London, Berlin or Lisbon.
The prizes do not include travel for the winners or any other service not expressly indicated in these rules.
The prizes can be redeemed exclusively between October 20, 2026, and May 31, 2027, and their reservation will always be subject to the establishment's availability. However, the following high-occupancy periods will be expressly excluded:
- Christmas: from December 20, 2026, to January 7, 2027 (inclusive).
- Easter: from March 21 to March 28, 2027 (inclusive).
H10 Hotels will determine the hotel where the winner will stay based on the chosen destination.
Should the winners not accept the prizes, they cannot be exchanged for others or for any cash value. The prize is personal and non-transferable.
Before the prize delivery, winners must identify themselves with their ID or passport.
Winners will sign and send H10 Hotels a document containing the acceptance of the prize and confirmation of its receipt.
If H10 Hotels cannot contact the winners according to the contact details provided in the contest registration form, if they do not accept the prize, or if these rules have been violated, H10 Hotels reserves the right to declare the prize forfeited.
5. Limitation of liability
H10 Hotels is not responsible for interruptions or failures in the Internet or in the operation affecting the official contest page on the Easypromos platform.
H10 Hotels excludes any liability for damages of any kind that, despite the security measures adopted, may be due to the improper use of services and content by users, and, in particular, though not exclusively, for damages that may be due to a user's impersonation of a third party.
6. Conflict resolution
The interpretation and breach of these Rules will be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of these rules will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
